Vanke Huangma Royal Palace is a luxurious mixed-use retail and residential development that aims to bring a Beverly Hills-like classy lifestyle to Dongguan. Inspired by the site's location at the base of Qifeng Mountain, the design of Huagma combines the celebrated elements of the mountian with classy living to create an elevated community for those who live there. The masterplan provides residents with high end shopping, two community pools, and educational facilities as well as multiple outdoor programs in a variety of spaces from small courtyards to large green open spaces.
