As a landscape designer at PLAT Studio, Pao is interested in sustainable and environmental designs. He is passionate about creating more accessibility to basic necessities such as clean water, shelter, education and healthcare. Pao believes that urban design and landscape architecture are crucial to create positive impacts on society.

Before joining PLAT Studio, Pao worked as a landscape designer at TROP co.ltd in Bangkok, Thailand. Pao has contributed to many projects, ranging from early design phases through construction.

Pao received a dual degree in Master of Landscape Architecture and Urban design from Kent State University. He also holds a GIS certificate from the geography department. During his studies, he participated in the design community (CUDC) as a landscape designer in Ohio.
