Due to its nature as the civic center of the site, the design of the V40 South focused on creating a space that could accommodate all the necessary functions while maintaining a form that would complement the surrounding buildings and unify the campus. The proposed event-friendly Expo Plaza and pedestrian-centric Pedestrian Ring seamlessly bind the campus together.
