Since 2021, PLAT Studio has been working with SMDC, a well-known real estate developer in the Philippines. We are also honored to be interviewed in a public campaign based on SMDC’s vision of democratized homeownership in terms of designing attainable but beautiful homes.

SMDC (SM Development Corporation) is an acronym for luxurious urban living in the Philippines; other than their properties in and out of the Metro Manila area, SMDC is also actively building more master-planned communities. Property Report PH, a well-known online real estate magazine, wrote an article to introduce SMDC’s world-class master planner strategic partners. The article provided a vivid and detailed introduction to PLAT Studio and our role in designing a place to connect people to nature.
