Planning Review

Garden Row Campbell is a contemporary residential infill project set within one of Campbell’s evolving mixed-use corridors. Designed for a compact and highly constrained site, the eight-townhome community carefully balances density, circulation, privacy, and outdoor space.
Clean architectural lines and warm material accents are softened by a layered, modern landscape of sculptural trees, ornamental grasses, flowering perennials, and drought-conscious planting.
Landscape is woven into the street frontage, private yards, and internal drive, transforming limited space into a welcoming garden experience. The project demonstrates how thoughtful architecture and landscape can create a distinctive, livable community within a tight urban setting.
